Johannes and Jamal’s vision is a private markets environment that is as transparent and accessible as the public one. For over a decade, these two pioneers have been developing groundbreaking digital solutions to facilitate private investments in illiquid assets.
Their steadfast belief that they can significantly reshape private markets and access to them for the benefit of all stakeholders drives their entrepreneurial initiative. This determination was evident even during their school years when they embarked on joint entrepreneurial projects.
As recognized experts, they have played a crucial role in defining regulatory frameworks and guidelines to digitize investment processes, always focusing on finding the right balance between regulation and technical feasibility.
Thanks to their extensive network among national and international asset managers and distribution partners, the founders actively shape the market for alternative investments. An important milestone was reached in 2017 when they enabled asset managers and banks to raise capital from private investors through a fully digital acquisition and investment process for the first time.
